However some merchant do not provide links for individual product, you may need to search their website by the product name. Why is a link not work for me? There are two reasons why a link not work for you. First the link is broken or the deal was expired and removed by the specific merchant. If you can send us a report, we will fix it for you. Second the most common problem is a host file which blocks servers that we use to help you save money. The solution is that you need to rename it to hosts.bak. This file can be found at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (Windows XP) or c:\winnt\drivers\etc\hosts (Windows NT) or c:\windows\hosts (Windows 95/98/ME). Why isn't there a coupon code for the listed coupon? Some coupons are working by clicking a specific link, which is called a linked coupon. You will get the discount by simply clicking on the title of the coupon. How do I redeem a coupon code coupon? Depending on the merchant, there are a few different places to enter the coupon code. In some cases, the coupon can be entered while in the shopping cart. Other times, the coupon is entered on the order review page prior to checkout. How do I know if a linked coupon is working? When you click on the link from our site, you will normally be taken to a page on the merchant's site describing the offer. Occasionally, the merchant will automatically apply the discount to your order. However, BE SURE the discount is applied to your purchase before you confirm the order. How do I know if a coupon code is working? The merchant will display the discount prior to you submitting your order. If you enter the coupon code and do not see the discount on the order review page, do not place the order. What do I do if a coupon does not work? If a coupon on our site is not working, please contact us. After we receive your email, we will check the offer to verify if there was an error with the coupon code or if it has in fact expired.
